Mike Govier - Chief Operating Officer
Mike has over 30 years of IT operational and management experience primarily in the financial services sector and now manages Jadu's operational business. He started his career at Barclays Bank and then moved to Nat West Bank group working in its consumer credit, motor finance and specialist asset finance divisions. Prior to joining Jadu, Mike managed the Programme Management Office at RICS.
Andy Perkins - Software Architect
Andy joined Jadu in 2002, as employee No.2 after graduating in Computer Science at the University of Kent. Andy originally developed the Jadu CMS alongside founders Suraj Kika and Richard Chamberlain before moving on to manage the development of the companies forms software, Jadu XFP. Today, Andy oversees the onwards development of the Jadu platform as a whole, along with any large scale integration projects.
Angie Thompson - Finance & Admin Manager
Angie is a Qualified Accountant and has over fifteen years of experience in Accountancy and Finance. Prior to joining Jadu Angie spent 18 months working in Mexico for a large Global Company implementing and reviewing financial processes. Angie manages the Finance and Administration Team.
Lee Pilmore- Head of User Experience
Lee joined Jadu as employee No.3. Lee has 10 years commercial experience in creating usable, accessible, standards based websites. He has been senior designer at Jadu for 8 years, and now runs the Jadu UX Design Team, having won and been nominated for numerous design awards. Before working at Jadu Lee was a web designer for Northcliffe Media.
Richard Backhouse - Head of Engineering
Before joining Jadu Richard was part of the team that migrated the HSBC Internet Banking Technical Support team from the UK to India. Richard has risen through the ranks at Jadu and is currently Head of
Engineering, leading the various technical teams. Richard's particular interests are managing developers and taking software development projects from conception to release.
Vikesh Dave - Senior Project Manager
Before joining Jadu as a project manger, Vikesh began his career with Accenture as Business Intelligence Consultant specialising in process re-engineering focusing around corporate strategy. Vikesh has delivered multiple large-scale implementations globally within the commercial and public sector. Here at Jadu Vikesh currently leads the project delivery team ensuring a client centric approach is taken, optimising the effective implementation of the Jadu platform inline with the strategic goals of our client.
