Jadu is looking for a Customer Service oriented / trained co-ordinator to work with in a highly skilled support team based at Jadu Global Headquarters in Leicester.
If you know what a webserver does (not how they work), understand HTML, CSS and things like Javascript (but don't necessarily write them) and can easily (and effortlessly) communicate with customers - then just check through this list...
You will need to have (core, advanced, mastery) :
- Helpdesk 1st line support experience (core)
- Customer service skills (core)
- Communication skills (mastery)
- Web knowledge (advanced)
- An ability to co-ordinate and be highly organised (core)
- Prioritisation skills (mastery)
The position provides the chance to work in dynamic support team, working alongside the finest software engineers in the industry.
KPIs your team will be measured against:
- Customer satisfaction stats
- Prioritisation of high importance tickets
- Daily / weekly ticket counts
- Response times
