Rich customer journeys across multiple devices drives Braintree District Council's selection of Jadu

Braintree District Council has announced a partnership with leading UK technology company Jadu to transform its current website and create a new mobile solution.
Braintree Council's decision to work in partnership with Jadu signals the start of a new phase in their web strategy.
We look forward to working closely with Jadu to develop a fresh and exciting new website facility that will transform the way our diverse customer base can use, find out about and respond to the many services that we provide. Built into the new site will be improved transactional systems, social media and a mobile web application that will enable our customers online access from all their devices such as computers, tablets or mobile phones.

Jadu's Universe platform is a future-proof, next-generation Web Content Management System (CMS) and mobile solution that enables all users, no matter how limited their technical knowledge, to create innovative, customer-focused websites and mobile applications. The technology will allow the Council to develop new online environments and ensure all content is up to date, relevant and properly managed. It will also enable them to handle increased volumes of online transactions and offer a new mobile service.
