Web experience management SME Jadu has been selected to provide The Highland Council’s new public website.
The Highland Council’s new responsive .GOV.UK website will be designed and built by Spacecraft, Jadu’s in-house design and user experience agency - the team that built the City of Manchester’s award winning website. The new website will also follow the principles of user need, as set out by the Government Digital Strategy.
The Highland Council have been through an exhaustive selection process and Jadu emerged as the winner.
We require a modern, user-friendly website and a responsive website design for our citizens who are spread over a large geographic area, which has huge benefit for us.

The Highland Council procured the Jadu Universe CMS and Weejot services on a two-year subscription contract through the G-Cloud.
Jadu is delighted that another Scottish Local Authority has joined the Jadu community, the Universe framework is the ideal platform on which to build seamless integrated digital services that put the user need at the heart of every interaction.

In addition to working with the Council to deliver a transformational website experience Jadu are also providing support through migration tools to extract content from the legacy platform.
