Continuum XFP #105 (5.17.2)

Bug fix.

This release:

Fix Fixes an issue where deleting a form could corrupt the actions on other forms.

Forms affected by this failed to load on the website. When accessing the 'Templates' tab of an affected form in the Control Centre, an 'Oops, an error occurred' message was displayed.

Compatibility

This release contains both XFP #105 (5.17.2) and the corresponding Continuum CMS #110 (19.4.0) in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS package separately.
