Bug fixes.

This release:

Fix Fixes an issue where the map on the location component wouldn't always display on the first page load on photon sites.

Fix Fixes an issue where required field validation could be skipped in Microsoft Edge browsers.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when using the confirmed entry option, the validation error highlighting would not show on both fields.

Fix Fixes an issue where the "PayBridge - PSP Reference" variable would return an empty or incorrect value after payment had failed on the first attempt.

Compatibility

This release contains both XFP #106 (6.0.1) and the corresponding Continuum CMS #112 (19.4.2) in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS package separately.
