Agile consulting, training and software engineering
Sometimes, out of the box isn't enough.
An Agile Framework for Government
Agile is all about continuous improvement and changing the nature of the game. Through Agile, we will change our environment and culture and deliver amazing products on a regular, predictable basis. Who wouldn’t want that?
We're an Agile company
We've baked agile into everything we do. This means we can deliver value fast then iterate and continually improve.
The catalyst for making things better is to see, touch and feel everything about the project; we're great believers in transparency. That means delivering working software from the start but also, true to the agile values, placing importance on collaboration and responding to change.
Jadu is a perfect example of how small businesses in the private sector can help transform our justice system, driving innovation and better value for hardworking taxpayers.
Launching The Government's 'Exemplar 23' Beta Digital service - The Employment Tribunals Online Management system, on time and under budget showcased the success of an Agile approach.
Jadu's Apollo Agile Framework for Government continues to be recognised as a leading provider of Agile in the UK and we're now offering an Introduction to Agile Training Course as well as Consultancy and Certification of Agile Training.
To revolutionise your world, please complete this very simple form, and we'll be in touch.

An Introduction to Agile
Our introduction session is highly interactive and designed to fuel discussion and generate ideas.
It's suitable for anyone involved in an Agile project including but not limited to:
Designers of any type.
The course also gives you an overview of the fundamental ideas and principles of Agile that are shaping the current landscape, as well as explaining the core practices and techniques behind some of the world’s most popular Agile management methods.
Apollo training course
A course designed to set you off on your Agile journey, Apollo training is designed to get your creative juices flowing. The course covers the following topics, plus much more:
Problems with legacy models. A discussion on the problems and challenges of using non-Agile project management such as waterfall, chaos etc.
What is Agile? This thought-provoking session encourages participants to think about what Agile really is and what the underlying ideas are that drive it.
Who is who? An examination of the roles on the project, discussing the allocation of responsibility on an Agile project and how that impacts an organisation and projects.
Agile teams. Discussion on some general attributes of Agile teams. This is an interesting discussion that drives out some of the potential issues with creating Agile teams in different environments.
The course will then go on to look at Agile artefacts, Agile process, Agile tools, scaling up Agile, Agile client relationships and advanced Kanban.
