Can you help us?

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us continue to identify top talent and build on the success of our rapidly growing software and design businesses. You will have recruited top technology talent for a few years either agency or inhouse, and maybe now you’re looking for somewhere you can really make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Magician, you will provide recruiting support across our businesses in the UK, US and Australia. This will include sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and selecting for a number of roles at all levels. You will focus on pipeline and building our candidate database to ensure we are in touch with top talent not only regionally but across the world. Jadu strongly supports remote working and we aim to hire the best people in their field regardless of location.

Experience:

We're also looking for someone who could really work with the teams you hire to make sure Jadu stays a great place to work and thrive. Communication and relationship building skills are key to this role and you will enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis.

You will be working closely with our engineers, designers, product owners and senior teams to provide a first-class, quality talent enhancement service. You’ll be building and maintaining relationships with the key people at Jadu and be respected for your individual skills in being able to source and win over candidates - and best represent the young, energetic and above all, honest brand that Jadu is today.

You will be hiring Agile coaches and Scrum Masters, Software Engineers, Web Designers, UXers, Front End devs,  DevOps and Technical Project Managers but we are looking for quality over quantity. An understanding of software recruitment, the Internet and Agile practices is important, but you will learn a lot of that in your first few months.

You will be focused on delivering an excellent candidate journey, so regular contact with our candidates is critical and weekly updates for our hiring managers is imperative - keeping them updated on the current market is valuable.
