The role

We are looking for strong communicators who have a passion for existing Account Management and strive for excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have strong relationship building skills and experience of working closely with customers. By utilising your excellent communication skills you will ensure that all your clients are beyond satisfied with the service/solution being provided.

You will be able to listen to the client and understand their needs, acting as a first point of call for any queries and be able to cross sell/up sell where required in a completely organic manner. 

You will ideally have previous experience of working within an IT/Technical environment and experience of working with public sector clients is a distinct advantage. You will have a proactive approach to client engagement and be happy to work autonomously whilst also being a team player.

Our focus

In the Jadu Spacecraft team, we work closely with our customers in both Local Government and Higher Education to support their digital needs. Our customers, primarily Local Government, service millions of citizens via their Jadu Platform. Their needs focus on new product implementations, design projects, website implementations, upgrades and development and custom feature needs. Our focus is to ensure our customers feel important, listed to and that we are responsive to their needs. 
 

Your focus and responsibilities

You will serve as an interface between the customer success, support, delivery and sales teams in the company and create long term relationships with our portfolio of clients - and deliver on their commercial needs:

Retain and grow clients

  • Help our clients win by solving their problems (understand their problems by listening and learning)

  • Be committed and passionate about achieving targets and results

  • Identify opportunities to deliver value to the client and write and deliver sales quotes and proposals

  • Demo/tour customers through products they don’t currently leverage and provide proposals that offer them best value and ROI

  • Be committed and passionate about achieving targets and results

  • Retain and grow client base

  • Ability to write sales quotes within agreed timescales

  • Comfortable presenting solutions to clients at all levels

  • Building sustainable relationships with customers

  • Ensure client retention rate remains consistently high

  • Farm opportunity to grow revenue

  • All existing client relationships with existing and new contacts with our client base

  • Existing account revenue growth 

  • Client retention 

  • Client value and satisfaction (in partnership with Customer Success and Support teams)

You will also: 

  • Support the Head of Professional Services in all areas of client relationships 

  • Work to support and in concert with Customer Success Team and Technical Support Team

  • Be out in the field, with clients

  • Work in concert with Jadu New Business Sales Team

  • Regular mapping of client contacts and key stakeholders

  • Attend Jadu Academy User Groups and support and leverage partners to provide value to our customers 

The following knowledge would be beneficial but not essential:

  • Digital and design agencies
