COVID-19 Business Grants Form (Example 2) - Library

Item Description: The new Retail and Hospitality Grant Scheme provides businesses in the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors with a cash grant of up to £25,000 per property.

Businesses with properties with a rateable value between £15,000 and £51,000 will receive £25,000.

Businesses in these sectors with properties with a rateable value under £15,000 will receive £10,000. A cash grant of £10,000 has been agreed for all small businesses in receipt of small business rate relief or rural rate relief.

This form can be imported into Continuum XFP and edited and amended to meet your needs.
