A Microsoft Excel template completed to represent the CXM Case Type / Workflow for a corporate complaints process.
The spreadsheet provided here outlines all CXM Fields used within the Case Type definition, along with their corresponding Lables, Values and Data types, as well as details on all Status's that have been defined to effectively manage the process and where any XFP forms are used as part of any CXM Transitions.
