John is Vice President of Jadu America. John is a veteran technology sales executive having built a career in enterprise content management with Perceptive Software (now Hyland) working with some of the largest higher education institutions in the world.
John runs all operations for Jadu in North America and works with key channel partners and value added resellers to create customer value at huge scale.
Piers was appointed as executive Commercial and Account Director for the Jadu group of companies in 2016. Prior to that, he served as a non-executive director for Jadu for 9 years. Piers is a practising solicitor with 17 years’ post qualification experience in commercial contracts and has extensive experience working closely with clients and customers.
He was also Principal Solicitor and Head of Department at the Cabot Credit Management Group for almost 8 years. Prior to that he worked in private practice and as a university lecturer in law.
Andy is the original author of the Jadu CMS and XForms Professional and has an intrinsic understanding of the Jadu Continuum platform and its capabilities to be extended to deliver solutions which meet specific customer needs. Andy worked as part of the team that successfully delivered the UK Government Exemplar #23, Employment Tribunals service, with the Ministry of Justice.
He will work closely with your available internal resources such as business analysts, solutions architects, information security professionals and product owners to define and prioritise user stories and requirements for a successful project delivery. He has particular expertise in architecting solutions which require systems integration, authentication and single sign-on.
Nick is an experienced finance director. He spent several years as CFO of a UK technology business, encompassing several rounds of VC and debt finance, reorganisations, relocation of the company to the US, and the acquisition of an ex-Nasdaq company, culminating in an AIM IPO during difficult market conditions.
Since then he has worked in various senior finance roles across businesses in software, telecom, education, pharma and biotech, including 5 AIM flotations.
Suraj Kika is the Group CEO and founder of Jadu with responsibility for sales, technology, product strategy, marketing and partnerships. A serial software entrepreneur with a background in design, he works with super smart Agile software engineers and designers to build beautiful, reusable web software for customer service and digital transformation.
Suraj is obsessed with how customer service intersects with design and how the web can improve lives. He enjoys watching and supporting creatives and developers build amazing digital user experiences in collaboration with our customers. Suraj adopts a servant leader management style to support empowered and autonomous product and digital service teams who create customer services technology that reaches millions and generates massive public value.
Jayne has an extensive level of digital, IT and change experience. She is currently a non-executive adviser at Jadu, advising on business development and strategy. Jayne is also a non-executive director at the Pensions Protection Fund (PPF) and prior to this at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. During her executive career she was CEO of Directgov, the Government’s central public services website.
Under her leadership the service transformed from a start-up to an established, successful business at the heart of the Government’s digital strategy. Prior to that Jayne was VP Consulting Services (Northern Europe) at US company Chordiant Software, joining during its start-up phase for the UK and leading the delivery of a wide range of enterprise solutions to clients.
Richard has worked in public, financial and private sectors in a career focused on delivering both organisational change and service delivery through digitisation.
As a former project and programme manager Richard joined Jadu in 2010 as Global Business Manager to oversee the growth of its International Businesses. A Director since 2011, his current role is Vice President of Jadu Limited overseeing the UK businesses.
David is Vice President of Jadu Australia running all operations for Asia Pacific region for Jadu. As an experienced SaaS executive having worked in global payments company PayPal and PayPoint (now Pay360), David has grown sales and partner channel for fast growth technology companies for over a decade and is responsible for Jadu growing rapidly in Australia, implementing for over 100 websites in Queensland, the second-largest and third-most populous state in the Commonwealth of Australia.
