Successful delivery of a major HMCTS IT solution has become the catalyst for global growth and transformation for UK based SME software and services company, Jadu.
Global Web Experience Management company, Jadu has announced that it has significantly grown its business operations internationally and scaled up its services to meet the demands of the UK Government Digital Strategy for ‘Digital by Default’.
Earlier this year, Jadu and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) delivered the first phases of one of the UK Government's Digital Strategy ‘exemplar’ transactions.
Procured through the G-Cloud framework this £2m project was developed in close collaboration by Jadu, Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), MoJ Programme and Project Management teams and MoJ Digital Services Division (DSD) to simplify processes within the UK Courts and Tribunals Service.
Through the success of its delivery using Agile development the project has been shortlisted in the UK Agile awards for Best Use of Agile in Public Sector.

Since being awarded the contract the effect on Jadu has been transformational. With a 35% increase in staff to help deliver the project requirements, investment has also been made in security and infrastructure enabling Jadu to position itself as a go-to supplier for large complex Government IT solutions.
The MoJ contract has also helped the company accelerate its planned global business strategy by expanding into Australia and has enabled continued investment in its US business.

Jadu has also achieved supplier status on the G-Cloud 4 (G4) Framework with 5 service offerings available across Software as a Service (Saas) & Specialist Cloud Services (SCS) as well as listing its ‘Apollo’ Agile consulting and design services on the new Digital Services Framework.
Together the G-Cloud and Digital Services frameworks enable public sector organisations to move away from traditional rigid procurement processes and run lean, Agile digital services projects.
