Jadu, a global web experience management software company, has appointed David Evans as Vice President of Global Channel. This appointment demonstrates Jadu’s commitment to further their strategy for international growth through partner channel development.

Jadu develops a digital customer service platform called ‘Continuum’, which provides real-time web content management, eforms and SaaS CRM tools to large brands, government and higher education.

Evans’ previous role as Partner Manager for PayPal equips him with a firm understanding of the ecommerce and digital services marketplace. At PayPal, Evans was responsible for developing channel partners to leverage the PayPal offer and embed PayPal into their businesses.

“We are thrilled to add David’s experience and knowledge to our executive management team.” said Suraj Kika, Chief Executive Officer at Jadu. “We’re really excited about accelerating our international growth and our global partnerships so other digital agencies, professional services consultants and technology partners can benefit from Jadu Continuum platform and add value to their customers.”

David Evans said,

What really stood out for me about Jadu is how innovative and exciting the business is, not to mention the direction it’s heading in. The pace at which they can deliver rich web content management and forms functionality to customers is incredible. I am really excited about the Jadu CXM customer service platform, which has huge potential in the ecommerce and service markets for servicing and retaining customers.

Evans will be based in New Zealand and will also run the Australian subsidiary of the Jadu Group, taking over from current General Manager James Robinson, who steps down in December to pursue developing a start-up outside of the software industry.

Among Jadu’s current reseller partners are Lexmark , who acquired Kofax last year, giving the company significant global reach.
