Jadu Galaxies shortlisted for Innovation in Content Management Award

The International Information Industry Awards 2006 have announced this year's shortlist for the prestigious ceremony which includes a nomination for The International Centre of Excellence for Local eDemocracy (ICELE) website using the Jadu Galaxies platform.

Jadu Galaxies is the only platform that allows users to design and deploy multiple CMS driven websites easily and with no technical skills. You can design and build a CMS in minutes, create as many as you like and control them all from one interface saving organisations tens of thousands in licenses, months in implementation and weeks in site design.

Being shortlisted for the Innovation in Content Management Award reflects and confirms the innovation of Galaxies by the team at Jadu.

ICELE has been designed to take forward the work of the eDemocracy National Project, as well as create new solutions to drive up eParticipation rates. Lichfield District Council supports the development of ICELE as the responsible authority for the Centre and the new website.

Suraj Kika, CEO of Jadu said: "We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award. Galaxies is a world first and is proving a massive success - with implementations happening all around the world. I am honored to say that I work with the finest R&D and Engineering teams in the industry and Galaxies is a testament to their invention and skill."

Winners are to be announced on the 29th November during a gala evening dinner at the Olympia Grand Hall, London, which is part of the 3 day international exhibition and conference Online Information 2006, covering online content and information management solutions at which Jadu will be exhibiting.

Jadu will be showcasing its range of new 'Web 2.0' systems including Galaxies at the Information Management Solutions show to be held at Olympia, London, from the 28th - 30th November 2006.
