Mike has been at Jadu for 8 years and came with over 15 years' experience of project and programme management within large commercial organisations such as NatWest, Barclays and the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors.
HIs main areas of focus are customer support through the Spacecraft Customer Experience team and the global delivery of Spacecraft’s specialist Website Hosting and Platform Management services.
Abi has been working within the creative industries since 1999. During this time she has implemented large scale digital projects for global brands, art directed multiple branding, design, and photography projects, plus overseen digital transformation in a number of organisations. Working previously within fashion, retail, corporate, education and the third sector, she brings a wealth of experience to our creative direction, user insight, content strategy, delivery processes and client relationships. Previous clients include Clarks Shoes, Nottingham Trent University, Monsoon and Accessorize, Speedo and Portsmouth Football Club.
Since joining Spacecraft, Abi has been involved in the majority of project implementations and has been instrumental in refining and updating our UX approach. She has worked closely with a number of clients and projects including notable UX and content work for Butler Community College, University of West Georgia, Birmingham City Council (Website, Intranet and Brum Account), BIrmingham Children’s Trust, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, Visit Canterbury Tourism and Local Government Association of Queensland.
Richard joined Jadu in 2004 and has performed almost every technical role within the organisation. From 2009 to 2015 he was Head of Engineering in Jadu, overseeing the engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining Jadu CMS. In 2014 he was product owner for the new platform that would become Jadu CXM.
In 2015, Richard became Technical Director of Spacecraft, responsible for all code produced by Spacecraft and, along with Mike and Abi, the management of Spacecraft as a whole.
