Deleting a person record and linked user account

In order to allow a staff user to delete a person record and it's linked user account the role of the user must have the Manage people permission enabled, which can be found on the General tab of the Roles page under Settings > User Administration. Disabling this permission for a role means that users cannot delete person records, or user accounts linked to them.
