Before you begin

In order to import Person information into your CXM account, you should first ensure you have the following:

1. Permission to create Person records and import Person data
2. If creating user records on import, you will need to relevant permissions to do this too

If you are importing Person records that you plan to link to addresses, you will need either a valid UPRN for each address or the CXM Address reference (if the address already exists within CXM).

If you are importing cases that you plan to link to CXM Person records, you will need the CXM Person reference.

Person import process

Import Person records into CXM by uploading a CSV file containing all of the required information.

The import file format for Person records is fixed, though most of the import data is optional.
