Customer service forms

The Internal Forms interface provides a view of an XForm from within the Jadu Control Center. This allows internal staff (e.g. customer service representatives) within an organization to complete forms on behalf of a customer.

Internal Forms can be access from the main navigation bar, by clicking XForms Pro > Internal Forms. This will open the internal forms list, which is split into two tabs: New and Incomplete.

The New tab

This tab will let administrators start a new submission, by clicking on one of the forms in the list. See Submitting an internal form.

The Incomplete tab

This tab allows administrators to pick up and complete any internal forms that they have started, but not submitted. Incomplete forms can also be removed, by ticking the checkbox for that form, clicking Actions > Delete Forms, and then confirming in the popover.
