Viewing a corresponding CXM case

A submission to a form that is integrated with CXM may have one or more linked cases in CXM.

If available, the references of these cases for a received form are shown on the ribbon, under CXM Case(s).

Viewing a corresponding CXM case

To do this:

  1. When viewing a received form, click the Form Responses tab.

  2. Click Actions > View CXM Case (reference).

The corresponding CXM case will be displayed.
