Assigning categories

Every form authored in Jadu XFP requires assignment to a category from a list that represents your website’s information architecture. By adding a category to the form Jadu XFP and Jadu CMS know how to position the form on the website. Related content is populated using the categories assigned to your form and content. In the control centre only administrators with access to the category assigned to your form will be able to view your form.

As an example, if you assigned the category 'Human Resources' to your form, the form will now be linked as related content to other content on the website that is also in the 'Human Resources' category such as Homepages or Document Pages. In the control centre only administrators that have permission to view the 'Human Resources' category will be able to see your form, an administrator with just access to 'Finance' category would not be able to access your form.
