To separate humans from spam bots you can enable ReCAPTCHA before submission on your forms. This will require the customer to prove they are human by answering a reCAPTCHA before they can submit the their form.

Jadu XFP uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect your forms from spam bots. Before you can enable this setting on your form you need to enable the Google reCAPTCHA integration in the Integrations page. See Google reCAPTCHA in the CMS administrator manual for how to enable the integration.

  1. If you don't already have the form open, begin by finding your form in the form list and click on the title to open the form.

  2. With the form open, you'll be on the Pages tab and will see the form structure. Click the Details tab to open up the form details.

  3. Click the toggle next to Enable ReCAPTCHA, it will go green when enabled.

  4. Click Save to update the form settings

To disable, simply click the Enable ReCAPTCHA toggle to the off position and click Save.
