Form Instructions

Form instructions are presented to the customer at the very beginning of your form.

Form instructions

Form level instructions you provide should help the customer understand how to complete the form and should apply to the whole form - you can set instructions specific to a page on the page itself. As an example if the customer is required to provide evidence as part of their submission, you should mention what evidence is expected in the form level instructions. This will allow the customer to gather all the documents and information they need before beginning the form.

You can choose whether or not to display form level instructions on a form. Not all forms will require form level instructions. If you do not enable the instructions page on your form your customer will be taken directly to the first question page.
