Verified Address - Esri LocatorHub Integrated Component

The Verified Address - Esri LocatorHub integrated component can be used by Esri users to allow customers to lookup an address using a postcode.

The integrated component will return:

  • Postcode - The postcode entered by the customer
  • UPRN - The Unique Property Reference Number
  • Label - The address label the customer saw when they answered the question
  • Property - The LocatorFamilyID with the UPRN appended. If you are passing the address into CXM you should pass this value to the address field in CXM.

How to use:

  1. Open the page where you want to add the integrated component in the page builder, or creating a new one.

  2. Add the integrated component to the page. For more information on how to do this, see Adding a question to a page.

  3. Add this page into your form - see Adding pages.

  4. Complete the Page setup options.

    When adding the page into your form, you can optionally specify a Field and a Value to filter the results on. For example if you only want to show properties within a certain ward you can set Field = WARD_CODE and Value = E05010934.
