Case Type Import Improvements

New Case Type Import Improvements: When importing a case type users are now able to map a field from the imported case type to a pre-existing field in the target account.

New User registration improvements: CXM now allows staff users to ‘resend activation email’ to an end user who hasn't yet activated their account or, even activate the account on behalf of the end user without requiring them to activate via their confirmation email.

New Case type creation modal improvements: Staff users creating a case can now search for the ‘case type’ and see them grouped by service to make it quicker and easier to create a case.

Improvement Added permission to restrict visibility of the "Who can see this" element of a timeline message

Fix Fixed handling of empty date values when running a case export

Fix Fixed issue where multiple rule actions triggered for a case simultaneously could cause issues when triggering any chained rule triggers

Fix Improved styling of account title on login page - line height was too large

Fix Improved validation for user email field in the registration page

Fix Improved styling of account title on login page - line height was too large

Fix New timeline message form padding

Fix Fixed issue where URL type integrations settings were being incorrectly rendered as Text type settings on the integrations page
