Continuum XFP #24

New CRM & API Keys interfaces, CXM Actions Improvements and bug fixes

This release:

New Adds a new Control Centre interface for storing API Keys needed for third-party integrations.

New Adds the ability to make different submissions to CXM from the same form, determined by the user's route.

New Updates the CRM request types interface to use Pulsar.

New Adds a new Control Centre interface for viewing the log of submissions to CRM systems, including Jadu CXM.

New Adds the ability to search by a custom date range in the Forms dashboard

Fix Addresses an issue where rolling back and reapplying patches since Continuum XFP #22 caused the control centre to become inaccessible on WISP systems. 

Fix Addresses an issue where the 'From' address field in email alerts would not accept form variables.

Compatibility 

This release is only compatible with Continuum CMS #30 (12.4.0), which should be installed before this release is applied. No further Continuum CMS patches should be applied after the XFP patch, unless updating to a later version of XFP.
