Date ranges in reports, performance improvements to My Account: Forms widget and bug fixes

This release:

New Adds the ability to select a date range when running Form and Payment reports.

New Adds the variable "Form - CXM Case Reference or Form Reference".
This variable allows you to display a CXM reference if available. Otherwise it will display the form reference number.

New Adds the ability to resume a started form.
You can now resume a form when selecting it from 'My Account'. Additionally, after logging in and returning to a form, a user can now select one of their previously started forms to resume.

Update Improves the loading time of the 'My Account: Forms' widget.
We have updated the widget to use AJAX to load the user's completed forms after the page has been displayed.

Update Updates Photon templates to make them easier to customise.

Fix Fixes an issue where the front end form archive page included invalid HTML.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when editing a text block in IE, it was not possible to highlight text.

Fix Fixes an issue where, on the "Your Current Order" page, the text would read "You currently have Array items awaiting payment".
We've updated this to display the actual number of items awaiting payment.

Fix Fixes an issue where, on Photon-based installations, embedded forms request CSS and JS files which do not exist.

Fix Fixes an issue where some browsers would not show a date picker when using the date component on a form.

Compatibility

This release contains both Continuum #92 (5.7.0) and the corresponding Continuum CMS #94 (18.5.1) in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS package separately.
