Improvements to failed payment user journey and bug fixes

This release:

New Adds the ability to use text blocks and checkboxes within integrated components.

Update Improves the user journey when handling a failed payment.

When a failed payment occurs, the user will be redirected to the "Proceed to Payment" page with a notification on the page to show that the payment failed. Previously, the user would be redirected to a different page which would display a link to go to the "Proceed to Payment" page to try again.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when using the CXM user adapter, the "My Account" link on XFP pages did not match the configured URL in the CXM Integration page.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when the control centre domain is different from the website domain, stylesheets for control centre form builder pages were loaded using the website domain.

Fix Fixes an issue where, on iPhones, users were unable to submit an embedded form.

Fix Fixes HTML validation warnings on XFP control centre pages.

Fix Fixes an issue where multiple data retention scheduled tasks could run simultaneously.

Fix Fixes an issue where a "Q" letter would appear at the top of embedded forms.

Compatibility

This release contains both Continuum #97 (5.11.0) and the corresponding Continuum CMS 18.6.5 in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS package separately.
