International date format support, support for CMS #110 and bug fixes

Update Improves how dates are displayed across the control centre to support international date formats.

Update Ensures compatibility with Continuum CMS #110 (19.4.0) and Photon 2.5.x.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when in page branching rules resulted in an answered repeatable question becoming hidden, its answers were not removed.

Fix Fixes an issue where using a repeatable question variable on a form caused incorrect health check errors to be shown.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when a repeatable question was placed inside a section, the corresponding variable did not evaluate correctly.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when a repeatable question was not the first question on the page, the corresponding variable did not evaluate correctly.

Fix Fixes an issue where, when a page template was copied using 'Save As', changes to question settings on the copy were sometimes reflected on the original page template.

Server Requirement Change

This version of XFP requires the Intl module for PHP is enabled. You will not be able to deploy this version if you don't have the module enabled in your PHP config. A pre-patch script will stop the patch process if the module is not enabled.

Consult the documentation for your environment for how to enable the Intl module.

Compatibility

This release contains both XFP #105 (5.17.0) and Continuum CMS #110 (19.4.0) in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS package separately.
