Continuum XFP #118 (7.2.2)

Fixes packaging issue with XFP 7.2.0.

This release:

Fix Fixes an issue where, when using a repeatable question, rows and fields were sometimes ordered inconsistently in the corresponding answer variable and in Received Forms.

This fix was incorrectly included in the release notes of XFP 7.2.0 but was not included in an XFP package until this version 7.2.2.

Compatibility

This release contains both XFP 7.2.2 (7.2.2) and the corresponding Continuum CMS version in a single package. There is no need to apply the Continuum CMS package separately.
