Continuum XFP #122 (8.1.1)

Supplementary release containing the recently released fixes from XFP 7.4.2 and XFP 8.0.3.

This release:

Fix Fixes an issue where scheduled data exports may stop functioning due to DST clock changes.

Data Exports can be run regularly using schedules. When an export is run via a schedule the scheduler will calculate the next run date using the schedules criteria.

This issue affected exports using 1 hourly schedules, where the schedule started before the recent DST clock change in US time zones. When the scheduler calculated the next run date as the clocks went back back one hour the next run date would be identical to the current run date and create an infinite loop in the scheduler code.

This issue would result in the data export schedules pages in the control centre displaying an "Oops, something went wrong" error and the data exports not running via the schedule, although they could still be run manually.

Impacts: Data export schedules UI and scheduler background task.

Fix Fixes an issue where “billed” and “upon request” payment order items were removed from orders after deploying XFP 7.2.0.

This fix was originally included in XFP 7.4.2.

In XFP 7.2.0 a database migration was added to fix a data issue with PayBridge orders still being associated with deleted incomplete forms. The migration inadvertently deleted order items from orders where the payment was not associated with a form. These would be orders where “Billed” or “Upon Request” services were being paid for.

We have updated the migration so that these orders are not affected when the migration runs. We have reviewed customers affected by this issue and have reached out to those affected.

Impacts: PayBridge orders for “Billed” and “Upon Request” services.

Fix Fixes an issue where control centre search wouldn’t return any results.

This fix was originally included in XFP 8.0.3.

Control centre search, also known as Universe Search, provides a way to search across all control centre content to quickly find a piece of content. Changes to the database schema introduced in XFP 8.0.0 prevented the query used to provide the search results from completing successfully and no results would be shown. This issue only affects servers running on the LAMP infrastructure.

We have updated the query run to restore the search functionality.

Impacts: Control centre search.
