Continuum XFP #111 (6.5.0)

Introducing the new Data Export Management feature in Jadu Forms.

This release:

New Adds the ability to bulk export data from submitted forms.

We know many of you in your type of work, need to have the option to pull data from your online forms. It might be that you’re required to measure the success of a recently implemented service, such as a new Garden Waste Service and you have to report back to the wider team. Essentially, this feature provides you with the option to export large amounts of form data to enable you to process information and create reports to align with your business processes. This release adds the ability to export data from modern forms.

Key features:

  • Bulk export form data in CSV, XML and JSON formats.
  • Support for modern/classic forms, photon/non-photon frontends, CXM/non-CXM integrated and PayBridge/non-PayBridge implementations.
  • Data export configurations can be created to define the type of data to be exported when the data export job runs. Export form data based on the Started and Submitted date (Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month and Custom date range) and the form status (Incomplete and Submitted).
  • Exclude data retentioned user forms from the export.
  • Optionally choose to export user uploaded attachments and generated PDF files along with the data file.
  • Choose to export form variables, logic results and user responses.
  • Request a bulk data export via the control centre. This will add the job to the queue.
  • Export jobs are processed in the queue, the queue runs every 10 minutes. Once a job has been processed email notifications are sent to nominated users setup in the data export job configuration.
  • View a data export job run history and download files associated with that job.
  • Access to the data export files is restricted and all downloads are logged in an audit trail.

Control Centre users won’t be given access to the module by default, you will need to grant access to users via Admin Privileges. Find out more in the XFP User Manual.
