What's new in #38
This release contains some small changes to the case timeline, the ability to remove User Groups and a few smaller fixes and features.
Timeline improvements
This release contains a couple of small changes to improve the usability of the case timeline view:
Combined updates
If a user makes multiple changes to a case at the same time, they are now grouped together as a single entry in the timeline. This makes the action taken by the user much clearer and easier to follow.

The status of a case can now be changed in the timeline without the user being forced to enter a supporting message.

Deleting User Groups
User Groups can now be deleted as long as they have no users assigned to them. If there are still some users assigned to the Group, a link to the list of assigned users will be shown so that their Group membership can be changed.

Application title
The text shown in the browser tab / title bar is now the title of the CXM account instead of just “Control Centre”.
Acme Inc. title
Users on mobile devices will also now see this as the default name when they create an application for the site on their home screen:

Bug fixes & minor improvements

Fixed error which would sometimes occur when saving a filter
