IDOX Uniform Integration and Case Type Import

New Case Type Import: Create Fields

When importing a case type from your sandbox environment to live, the import will create any new fields that are not already in your live environment.

Please note: you will not be able to import case types that were exported prior to this release.

New Integration: IDOX Uniform

CXM now integrates with IDOX Uniform (version 10). Service Requests can be automatically raised in Uniform when a case is created in CXM (currently only ‘General’ Service Requests can be raised, other types will follow in the coming months). Administrators can control what data is populated on a Service Request in Uniform using the CXM ‘mappings’ within ‘Integrations Hub’.  To take advantage of this integration customers must have a subscription to Jadu HUB Integrations Server.

We have released the following fixes:

Fix For an issue which caused intermittent failures of background tasks

Fix Where ‘Time in status’ rules were not being triggered as expected

Fix Where person records with linked unactivated user accounts were showing the option to 'send password reset email'

Fix Where the branding icon/logo would not upload

Fix Where notes upload feature was not working in Firefox

We have released the following improvements:

Improvement Customers who attempt to register for an online account but who already have a pending invitation can resend the invitation email to themselves and register. This is applicable when a staff member has sent them an online invitation to create an online account.

Improvement Improved the styling of timeline entries

Improvement A timeline entry is now added when a group is assigned to a case by a rule action
