New Delete customer records

When duplicate customer records are identified, staff users can now delete the duplicate record once they have unlinked any active user accounts and cases.

New Customer record matching: Match user account and person record on email address

When a customer registers for an online account, if a customer record already exists for them then the account will be linked to the customer record based on last name, address and email address, with the intention of reducing the likelihood of duplicate records being created. This is in addition to the current matching criteria of first name, last name and address.

New Address integration: ESRI LocatorHub

CXM now integrates with ESRI LocatorHub address service.

We have released the following improvements:

Improvement Drag and drop upload for case files. File type validation on attachments supports Images, Video, Audio, Text, Plain text, Rich text, Web page, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Open Document, Open Office, PDF

Improvement Message ‘request response by’ date can be selected with a date picker

Improvement Added a status endpoint to the Service API to enable third party systems to perform an availability check of the CXM service API

We have released the following fixes:

Fix Case history shows entries for email alerts triggered by ‘time in status’ rules

Fix Case system date columns do not include extra whitespace when exported

Fix The email field is now optional for the CXM Service API create person endpoint

Fix Rules: Concurrent processing no longer causes membership removal

Fix Attached forms are now displayed on transitions table in case type configuration

Fix User is alerted to the fact they can't export more than 20k cases
