New Staff users can invite citizens to set-up an online account - Video

Staff users can now invite a citizen to set-up an online account without needing the (licensed) permissions to manage and edit their customer record. Users with the permission to ‘Link or invite a user account for a person’ will now be able to invite a citizen to set-up an online account, as well as link or unlink the person to an existing user account. 

New Pending invitations - Video

We have added the ability for staff to filter and search for users with a pending invitation to create an online account. This will help when a user is invited to set-up their CXM account but whatever reason does not accept the original invite, staff can more easily find the pending invitation and resend it. This will likely apply mainly to staff or third party users as the easiest way to resend an invitation to a citizen user is from their person record.

New Single Sign-On - Setting to show or hide authorisation page to users

A setting has been added for showing or hiding the authorisation page to users when they click to access third party systems from CXM using single sign-on (e.g. Northgate council tax portal). Where you are responsible for the user’s data in the system being accessed, you may wish not to show the authorisation page, removing an unnecessary step in the user’s journey. When the user is accessing a third party system where the data is controlled by another party then this page could be shown to inform the user that they are sharing their data with another system and with the option to allow or reject sharing their details with the application.

Fix Fixed an issue where redirects were not followed for the edit form

Fix Fixed issue where it was possible for users to attach files when they did not have the 'Attach files' privilege enabled

Fix Fixed an issue preventing a Person record being deleted if they had a pending invitation to join an organisation

Fix Fixed an issue where clicking the logo in the left hand navigation, did not return the user to the case list page

Fix Fixed an issue where citizens were not redirected back to the website after signing out
