Improvements to integrations and accessibility

New Case integrations are now triggered by rules rather than running automatically on case create / update. This allows more flexible workflows to be created when integrating with line of business systems. Rules have been automatically created for existing integrations as part of this release. Please see the CXM admin guide for details.

Fix Fixed an issue where users would intermittently be redirected to the case dashboard.
