Jadu CXM: Product Updates

New New Homepage: Staff users logging into CXM will notice a new homepage experience when logging in in the coming weeks. The homepage enables you to quickly search cases, perform tasks and view your created filters. Note: We’ll be releasing the homepage to all of our customers using a phased roll out. If you would like to be in the first phase of the roll out, to access the homepage sooner, please contact the Support Team.
