Amazon Lex integration and disabling choice field options

New AWS Lex Integration: An integration which allows you to create a Lex chatbot in your Amazon Web Services account from a CXM case type. A lex chatbot can be deployed across multiple channels for example as a chatbot to raise a case in CXM. Find out more on our AI page and you can also watch this Jadu academy talk from Mike Smart.

New Disable a choice field option: If you have a choice field option that you no longer need or have imported as part of a case type from the Jadu library you can now disable it. Disabling an option will retain any values for the option on existing cases but the option will no longer be available to select when populating the choice field.

Please note: When disabling a choice option you will need to remove the corresponding option from any XForm that populates this field otherwise the CXM action in XFP will fail.

Improvement Registration and forgotten passwords: Sometimes your users might forget they have previously created a My Account. If they attempt to re register we’ll alert them by email, informing them that they already have an account and include the option to sign in or reset their password.

Fix We've fixed an issue where you cannot set a choice field option label to be '0'
