More Webhook events!

New Case attachment added webhook event You can now enable a webhook to be sent when a file is attached to a case. The webhook payload will contain a link for downloading the file. See the admin guide for more details. Note: The webhook will not be triggered when a file is uploaded to a note.

New Case transitioned webhook event You can now enable a webhook to be sent when a case is transitioned. This unlocks the ability to update third party systems when a case is updated. See the admin guide for more details.
