Continuum CXM #126

Improvement Replaces the Ajax poll requests on the case timeline with Server-Sent Events or "server push" technology. This should make timeline updates more responsive and reduce load on the CXM service as there will be no unnecessary Ajax requests being made when there are no changes to be fetched. Currently this change is being applied to UK environments only.

Fix Fixed Lex intent configuration modal issue where it appeared off the screen.

Fix Fixed issue where dates could not be saved when no user roles were selected.
