Improved case type import feature
New A new, improved feature for importing CXM case types which resolves an issue where an import would fail when there were a large number of fields being imported or mapped. This also includes the ability to set the name and pre-fix of the case type being imported.
Improvement In order to improve the processing of webhooks sent from CXM we have reduced the connection and overall request time limits to your application's web server. See the CXM Admin guide for more details.
Fix Fixed an issue where the 'Allowed roles' are not shown for a transition within 'workflow > case types > transitions'.
