Emails showing in case history tab improvement

Improvement Emails and their contents will now show in the 'case history' tab for emails sent from rules tiggered by a 'Case value change'.

Improvement Accessibility - Required form inputs are now marked with an asterisk (*).

Fix Fixed an issue where certain case form fields did not show error text when required and submitted without values.

Fix Fixed an issue with certain case form fields where error text was not programatically associated with inputs when in an error state.
