The Borough of Broxbourne Council embarked on a transformation project designed to put its 100,000 residents at the heart of digital services. With the help of Sopra Steria, the council redesigned customer-facing and internal services, and moved digital services to Jadu’s intelligent, simple to use customer experience management platform. The transformation saw the launch of 126 new end-to-end digital services (33 of which were delivered during the pandemic) and achieved a 69% increase in digital service uptake. 

In this 1-hour webinar, Sandra Beck, Director of Finance and Rebecca Keene, Head of Finance, both Borough of Broxbourne Council, along with Dave Wardrop, Customer Success Consultant at Jadu and Becky Davis, Senior Consultant and Chris Chubb, Head of Business Technology, both Sopra Steria, will give an overview of the transformation.
