Netcall Acquires Jadu, Expanding Accessible Digital Services for Public Sector

Jadu - A Netcall Company

Netcall, a UK leader in AI-driven automation and customer engagement, has acquired Jadu, a digital experience platform provider recognised for its accessibility-first approach.

Jadu’s solutions are widely adopted by public sector and higher education organisations across the UK, North America and Australia.

Jadu helps organisations deliver accessible digital services through web content management, online forms and customer relationship management tools that require no coding. Their customers include Birmingham City Council, Edinburgh City Council, Wasatch County Government (Utah) and Carnegie Mellon University (Pennsylvania), and partners include Databank IMX, i3Verticals, and Naviant Inc.

The acquisition strengthens Netcall’s Liberty platform as a unified solution for customer engagement and automation, combining content, workflow, communications and AI to deliver complete digital experiences. This integrated approach simplifies transformation and seamlessly connects citizens with services.

Jadu brings AI innovation with Agent-Ex: Search, an accessibility-first search assistant that provides citizens with fast, accurate answers in multiple languages, by voice or text. This helps organisations reduce support demand by resolving routine queries online. Built for global accessibility, Agent‑Ex adds powerful search capabilities to Liberty.

As accessibility regulations tighten across Europe and the US, combining Jadu software with Liberty enables public bodies and universities to deploy digital experiences that work for everyone, integrated with automation, to ensure compliance and future-proof digital strategies.

With Jadu’s expertise now part of Netcall, local government organisations gain a single vendor for digital engagement, from accessible interfaces to AI-driven workflow. This reduces complexity and opens new opportunities for both companies’ customers and public sector prospects. Netcall’s reach in UK local government will grow significantly, while Jadu’s presence in North America accelerates international expansion.

James Ormondroyd, CEO of Netcall, said:
“This acquisition strengthens our mission to make work easier. By bringing Jadu’s accessibility-first expertise together with the Liberty platform, we’re giving organisations a single solution to transform faster and deliver experiences designed for everyone. Together, we’re making citizen engagement smarter, faster, and more inclusive, and we look forward to welcoming Jadu and unlocking new opportunities.”

Suraj Kika, CEO of Jadu, added:
“This is a significant step forward for our customers, partners and team. Joining Netcall enables us to accelerate investment in accessibility and AI innovation. Our customers will continue to enjoy the products and support they rely on today, while gaining access to a broader set of tools as our platforms come together.  Our growing North American partner network will also gain the ability to deliver fully integrated end-to-end solutions, combining the strengths of Jadu and Netcall.”
