Jadu Assist is the next step in the evolution of the user experience within Jadu Central and Jadu Connect.

What began as Jadu Labs, a space for exploring new functionality on the Jadu platform, has now evolved into Jadu Assist, a powerful tool that combines customisation tools with AI-driven features.

At its core are Labs, which enable users to personalise their environment and offer a space for exploring new functionality, and Agents, intelligent copilots that enhance content creation with curated prompts, suggested edits, accessibility checks, and AI reasoning.

Together, they make interacting with content and workflows smarter and more seamless than ever.

Easy to install (and it’s free)

Simply head to the Chrome Web Store to install the extension. The extension will be available whenever you are accessing a Jadu Control Centre.

Content Assist

This is an evolution of the Smart Editors feature, which was released at the Jadu Academy 2024. Through the browser sidebar, Content Assist offers a copilot-style experience, offering strategic editing suggestions and AI-powered logic that can transform your content.

Accessibility Assist

This helps ensure your web content is easily understood and navigated by everyone, including those using assistive technologies such as screen readers and those with visual impairments. By embedding accessibility into the content creation process, the tool empowers you to deliver a more inclusive digital experience, effortlessly.

Additional accessibility agents are already in development, with checks for headings, iFrames, tables and more coming soon.

The Visual Workflow has already saved us hours, probably even days of work mapping out these transitions. When we review our Jadu Connect case types, being able to see the workflow immediately and share these with officers has been incredibly helpful.
