Overview
The Datasets module allows web managers to manage multiple sets of key-value data and surface this data in powerful form components.
Features
- Datasets: Multiple sets of key-value data pairs can be controlled in a single place and reused across multiple forms.
- Typeahead component: The Datasets module delivers a new typeahead-enabled dropdown component for Jadu Forms, allowing for dynamic suggestions during user input.
- Bulk import: Datasets can be imported via CSV files, allowing for a large amount of data to be input without manual input, and allowing exports from other systems to be leveraged.
Benefits
- Centralised Dataset management: as Datasets are managed separately, this allows for a single set of data to be reused across multiple Jadu forms. Simply pick a Dataset to use when configuring the form component, and the previously input data will be available to use.
- Help users find what they're looking for faster: the provided form component, supporting typeahead functionality, allows users to search for values by providing suggestions based on their input. This allows users to quickly find what they'd like from a large number of potential values.
