Albion Road and Bull Lane Housing Development

The new housing development on Albion Road and Bull Lane, West Bromwich has delivered five new council homes being a mix of two bedroom bungalows and four-bedroom houses. The scheme is funded by Sandwell Council with grant funding from Homes England.
The design and project management was undertaken by the Sandwell Council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships. Construction was delivered by J Harper & Sons Limited and is now complete.
The properties are now being managed by Sandwell Council and let in line with the housing allocations policy. Properties are let at an affordable rent by the Council and advertised through Choice Based Lettings approximately 6-8 weeks before they are completed.
