Reservoir Road Housing Development

The new housing development at Reservior Road, Rowley Regis has provided a total of 27 new council homes being a mix of two and four-bedroom houses. The scheme is funded by Sandwell Council with grant funding from Homes England.
The scheme was designed and project managed by Sandwell Council’s internal Urban Design & Building Services Team and programme management through Housing Partnerships with construction being delivered by Seddon Construction Limited. The houses are now fully occupied and they form a new road: Tommy Smart Close. This is named after the Blackheath-born fullback footballer Thomas Smart who played schools football in Rowley Regis and went on to make five appearances for England at international level.
