Our design approach
Digital transformation in local government is now a necessity. Local authorities are looking for ways to save costs and reduce contact into their centres. We support this through, carefully crafted designs that help organisations be able to effectively deliver their services online and create the option for digital self-service where possible.
We work with local authorities to figure out what the priorities are in their communities, this helps us create a hierarchical approach to surface the information their users need, when they need to access it.
We've helped some of the biggest local authorities in the U.K. including Birmingham City Council (who have won numerous web design awards since we redesigned their website) and Manchester City Council, to smaller ones including Oldham, as well as some of the smallest indigenous councils in Australia. Showing we can design experiences for a variety of different types of community needs.
